trendyoutfitters.com values our relationship with you and offers a return policy for merchandise purchased directly from trendyoutfitters.com. Our return policy does not reflect the policies of Trendyoutfitter?s suppliers or manufacturers.
If the equipment you purchased directly from trendyoutfitters.com does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days from the date the merchandise was shipped. Please retain a copy of the tracking number from the shipping carrier for your records. Depending on the reason for the return, return shipping charges may apply.
You may exchange merchandise one time within 30 calendar days from the date the original merchandise was shipped.
Returned merchandise must be in the manufacturer's original packaging and be in like-new condition (no physical damage). The return must include the (1) original tags, (2) accessories such as shoulder straps, manuals, etc., and (3) a copy of the invoice or sales receipt. Please indicate on the copy of the invoice or receipt the reason for the return.
Refunds for like-new merchandise returned within 30 days will be through the original payment method and may take up to ten business days.
